"I was recently on a Tamilnadu trip driving my XUV300 with family. I faced some diesel leaking issue from the Common Rail Injection point, it was checked in Trichy and temporarily resolved, however, the problem reoccurred when I drove from Trichy to Tanjore. I was then connected by the Trichy Mahindra to the SRS Cars staff. Mr. Moorthy the service advisor sent mechanic (Deepak) to the place I was staying. My car was checked and after a test drive I was advised to bring the car to the workshop. Deepak drove the car to the workshop where it was attended to carefully. Mr. Manoj Kumar, General Manager personally supervised the job and assured me that the issue was resolved now. He also shared some tips for my onward journey and really felt comfortable in our conversations. He promised to call the next morning to check and so he did, infact almost everyday till I reached Bangalore.
